Infineon Opens New Nanjing Facility to Drive 'China for China' Power Semiconductor Strategy

Infineon Technologies has officially opened its new manufacturing site in Nanjing, China, marking a key step in its 'China for China' strategy. The facility, with an initial investment of one billion euros, will produce power semiconductor modules, starting with the MiniSKiiP product line. This expansion aims to strengthen Infineon's local supply chain, R&D, and production capabilities to better serve the rapidly growing Chinese market for new energy vehicles and industrial automation.
